Bike of the Month for June 2000

Honda CB Four

OK, so it's not a production model, despite what it looks like. But it could be. Honda's original CB750 Four was the moon-landing of motorcycling. Everything is devided into before and after the CB750. It is the most significant motorcycle ever built. A bold statement, but true. I think Honda has earned the right to be proud of it. It is not inappropriate for them to celebrate their own heritage by showing the CB Four show bike. It has the immortal style of the original, but has better brakes, tires, and other modern conveniences. Apparently, Honda is still on the fence about building this one. I say they build it, since I was too young to buy the original. This is a much better heir to the original Universal Japanese Motorcycle than the boring Nighthawk 750.
